Returns
We want every shirt in your collection to be right. If something isn't, our returns process is simple and fair.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
- Free from odours, marks, pet hair or signs of use
- With all original tags and packaging still attached
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and made-to-order reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty:
- Personalised shirts with a custom name and/or number
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Email us at support@shirtarchive.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider it may take a further few days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or shirt you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. If you'd like help arranging an exchange, just ask.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a shirt that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid.
