These Terms of Service govern your use of the Shirt Archive website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About our products

Shirt Archive specialises in retro, vintage and archival football shirts. Many items are pre-owned, vintage or reissued era pieces and may show natural signs of their history. We describe condition as accurately as possible; colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Where a shirt is personalised with a name and number, this is produced to order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Shirt Archive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Club names, badges and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. You may not reproduce or reuse our content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shirt Archive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Shirt Archive operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
