Every order from Shirt Archive is handpicked, inspected and carefully packed before it makes its way to you. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your shirt will arrive.
Processing time
Because each piece in the archive is individually checked for authenticity and condition, orders are dispatched within up to 5 business days of purchase. Personalised shirts (name & number) may require a little additional time as they are made to order.
Free shipping across Europe
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Europe. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.
Worldwide delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery outside Europe is calculated at checkout based on destination. Estimated delivery windows once dispatched:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- North America: 6–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees; transit times can vary during peak periods and public holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the archive you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your shirt every step of the way.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@shirtarchive.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always do our best to help recover a misrouted parcel.
